Simon Moss is a registered psychologist, internationally recognised for his work in the challenging areas of stress & fatigue in the workplace, attention & concentration in individuals, and balancing work & lifestyle.
As an example of his risk assessment and strategic planning skills, he developed a program to combat violence, aggression and non-compliance in an Australian production facility that resulted in it recording one million man-hours of accident-free and incident-free operation.
The American parent company of the organisation was so impressed, it is considering using the program throughout its global operations.
Simon has provided similar extensive consulting services to many medium and large sized organizations, in areas ranging from consumer behaviour to identifying mental illness in the workplace. Simon's expertise and academic rigour has ensured that Zenith's unique human resources program, InTuition®, is at the forefront of organisational knowledge and industry best-practice development programs.
As well as his contribution to Zenith, Simon is a senior lecturer and researcher in statistics, psychology, human resources, and management at Monash University, Clayton. He is a recognised expert in organisational psychology, and has published more than 60 research papers.
Alex Bartsch loves a challenge. Whether it's lifting the sights of a struggling employee or motivating a corporate group to new performance levels, Alex employs remarkable insight into the human condition.
His ability to read people was forged in the toughest of environments - 16 years in the Victoria Police, including five as a Homicide Squad detective.
These skills were sharpened when, specialising in tracking serial murderers, he was selected to study behavioural science investigation with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He liaised with the FBI in establishing the Victorian operation. Observing human behaviour in these challenging circumstances spurred Alex on to broaden his knowledge, and he completed Psychology with Honours at Monash University in 1999.
That year he established Zenith Professional Development.
